Shipping policy
By processing your order payment and completing an order with Azure Boulevard, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase.
We strive to deliver your chosen items in great condition and on schedule to the location and person of your choosing. FedEx delivers orders to the UAE and internationally quickly. We guarantee each order from the time it is shipped until it is delivered to you.
For delivery reasons, delivery details such as the customer’s name, location address, and contact number will be saved. Other types of personally identifying information will not be saved.
We try to ship most orders within 10-14 days or less, depending on the dress specifics, credit card clearing, stock, your location, time and date of order, address verification, shipping time, and item availability. If there is an unreasonable delay or the products are out of stock, we will notify you by email or phone.
If you for any reason refuse delivery or are unavailable or unable to take the time despite reasonable efforts by the courier company, your item will be returned to Azure Boulevard, and you will be charged for unpaid duties, taxes, and additional shipping expenses.
Azure Boulevard provides shipping to the UAE. International shipping Fees will be displayed on the checkout page shipping Options & Delivery Costs We offer the following shipping options – you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout. Fees will be displayed on the checkout page order Processing after you place your order you will receive an email confirming your order. Please make sure you provide us with the correct mobile number to avoid any delays. Next day delivery is applicable for all orders placed in UAE before 5 PM excluding Saturdays & 3-5 days for International Shipping, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day UAE. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.
Azure Boulevard will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Taxes and duties:
International Orders Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges We want you to be completely happy with your purchase – please read our return & refund policy for detailed information about our processes we use FedEx courier services to send to all countries. Some products will be transported on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis, which means that all duties and taxes imposed in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. If you want to track your delivery but haven’t gotten an email with your tracking information, please contact us and we’ll track it for you or give you a tracking number that you can enter at https://www.fedex.com/en-ae/tracking.html.
