All information, products and services provided are solely for your personal, non-commercial use. United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and  governing law is the local law. By accessing this website, you agree to the below terms and conditions. If you do not agree to them, please do not access this website.


The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell. We shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock & available at the prices specified.

If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order.  


We strive to deliver your chosen items in great condition and on schedule to the location and person of your choosing. FedEx delivers orders to the UAE and internationally quickly. We guarantee each order from the time it is shipped until it is delivered to you. If you want to track your delivery but haven’t gotten an email with your tracking information, please contact us and we’ll track it for you or give you a tracking number that you can enter at www.fedex.com.

For delivery reasons, delivery details such as the customer’s name, location address, and contact number will be saved. Other types of personally identifying information will not be saved

We try to ship most orders within 10-14 days or less, depending on the dress specifics, credit card clearing, stock, your location, time and date of order, address verification, shipping time, and item availability. If there is an unreasonable delay or the products are out of stock, we will notify you by email or phone.

  • We use FedEx courier services to send to all countries. Some products will be transported on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis, which means that all duties and taxes imposed in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
  • if you for any reason refuse delivery, or are unavailable or unable to take the time despite reasonable efforts by the courier company, your item will be returned to Azure Boulevard, and you will be charged for unpaid duties, taxes, and additional shipping expenses.

Azure Boulevard provides shipping to the UAE. International shipping Fees will be displayed on the checkout page.


We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. To avoid any inconvenience or delays, we offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return after receiving your purchase, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packing to be eligible for a return.

We will charge (amount) for the return label if you are not in the UAE. You are not required to take any action; we will simply charge the (amount) when we process the refund.

Certain goods, such as custom fitting orders or customized items, cannot be returned. We regret that we are unable to accept returns on sale products or gift cards.

Items that are returned without an official reference number will not be accepted. If you prefer, you may call one of our customer service professionals (information below), who will gladly assist you.

 If the item is unavailable, a customer service person will contact you to refund your money.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you can return it for exchange. Refunds for products returned within one week after purchase will be issued subject to the following conditions: 

  • No merchandise may be worn, damaged, or washed.
  • Merchandise on Sale/Special Promotions may not be exchanged/refunded
  • Sale items and special promotions cannot be exchanged or reimbursed.

Gather anything you want to return or exchange. You may easily return the things in the same box that we gave you.

We do not accept any item that shows signs of being used. The item will be refunded to the customer in such situations. It is best to ship returned things by reputable courier services such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS, and to maintain your proof of postage certificate, since we cannot be held liable for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Please keep in mind that postage charges for returned items are the responsibility of the client and will only be paid if the goods are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. 

Please note: All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.

Customers can contact us at return@azureboulevard.com with their Order ID and cause for return. We will confirm and assign a courier to retrieve the things once we get this request. We will send you an email to advise you that we have received your returned item after it has been received and reviewed. We will also tell you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If your request is successful, your refund will be processed


Although we thoroughly inspect all things before, they are delivered, if you get a damaged item, please notify us by email at return@azureboulevard.com, specifying your Order Number, a description of the damage, and, if possible, an image. Please keep in mind that any claim for damaged or missing products must be made within two business days of receiving the cargo.

We will confirm and dispatch a courier to retrieve the item once we get this request. We will send you an email after your returned item has been received and examined to advise you that we have received your returned item and to provide you with an updated anticipated shipment date for the replacement. You will not be charged for the replacement item’s shipping price. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a credit note that may be used on at any time within 6 months, or a refund will be issued, and a credit will be automatically credited


After making an online payment, a buyer must cancel the order within 24 hours (1 day) to reverse the transaction.


We accept Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card payments online and accept AED, USD, EUR currencies. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.  If “Credit Card Online” is used as a payment option, the information on the Customers ID (Card holder’s ID) should exactly match the credit card used to complete the transaction. At this time, we do not take or offer cash, payment on delivery, bank transfer, or cheque

All credit/debit card holders are subject to card issuer validation and authorisation checks. We shall not be accountable for any delay or non-delivery of your order if the issuer of your payment card refuses to allow payment. We retain the right to cancel your order as well. We may request that shipment be limited to the credit card billing address for ‘first-time’ online consumers.

By making an order to us via our website, you represent and declare that the payment information specified on your order are valid and correct, and that payment will be completed in full when your purchase is approved and processed by us.

If the billing and delivery address data for your order are the same, making an order on the website confirms that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details. Otherwise, you affirm that you are the individual referred to in the billing by placing an order.


Given the dynamic nature of e-commerce, mobile devices, and the internet, Azure boulevard uses best practices to implement all necessary security measures, but it makes no promise, warrant, or guarantee that its website will be completely error-free, free of viruses, hacks, bugs, or compatible with any other software or material. You access the website at your own risk. Azure boulevard will not be liable to you if we are unable to offer our services due to circumstances beyond our control.

Our website’s material is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees, express or implicit, about its correctness. We retain the right to correct errors, make changes to our website, remove any section of our site, or update product information at any time.   


The price and currency displayed at the checkout page will be the same as the price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt, and the amount charged to the card will be presented in the currency of your card.

  • Customers under the age of 18 who use the website shall not register as Users and shall not transact on or use the website.
  • The user is responsible for keeping his account private.


Except in relation to our contractual obligations to supply goods following acceptance of orders placed on our website, neither we nor any of our employees, suppliers or other representatives will be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever in any way connected with your use of the website.

You agree to completely indemnify us, our employees, suppliers, or other representatives from and against any and all liabilities arising from any breach of the terms by you or any other liabilities arising from your use of this website, including reasonable legal fees. If we believe you have violated these terms and conditions, we may immediately cancel your usage of the website.  


DNS Azure Trading in the UAE controls and operates this website. These terms and conditions, as well as any orders you place on our website, are subject by UAE law. In the event of a disagreement, the appropriate legislation would be the UAE Governing Law. In accordance with UAE legislation, Azureboulevard.com will NOT engage with or supply any services or products to any OFAC sanctioned nations.

All information, images, designs, logos, photographs, and other materials on our website and social networking websites are owned by Azure Boulevard and its writers, designers, photographers, and others. All global rights are reserved. This website and its contents may only be used for non-commercial purposes.
